1. Who We Are

2. Scope of These Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to every digital product, guide, and template sold through Lemon Squeezy on behalf of NeoVentures, including The Side Hustle Playbook and Solopreneur OS.

3. Pricing & Currency

All checkout transactions are currently processed in Norwegian Krone (NOK) via Lemon Squeezy. Indicative USD conversions listed on our site are estimates for convenience only. The final amount charged to your payment method will be in NOK and may vary slightly after your card provider applies its exchange rate or fees.

4. Ordering & Delivery

Digital products are delivered instantly after payment through a secure download link and via the confirmation email sent by Lemon Squeezy. If your email does not arrive within 10 minutes, please check your spam folder and then contact us.

5. Refunds

We offer a 7-day refund window provided the download has not been accessed. If you have not opened or downloaded the files and would like a refund, email hello@incomeblueprint.net within 7 days of purchase with your order number.

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, we do not provide refunds once the download link has been accessed or the files have been opened.

6. License & Use

Each purchase grants one non-transferable, personal license. You may use the templates and guides for your own business, but you may not resell, redistribute, or share the files publicly.

7. Support

8. Limitation of Liability

NeoVentures is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that arise from using our products. All content is provided "as is" for educational purposes. Always consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes will be handled in Norwegian courts unless local consumer protection rules require otherwise.
